- Work with project team to ensure smooth and successful implementation of comic relief enterprises in sun flower for women heads of families in pader district
- Supervise 3 extension staff under you , market information officer , land advocacy officer and 1 administrative assistant in the office
- Ensure proper and timely training of the beneficiaries in sustainable farming principles and practices, environment
Qualification, experience and profile
- A graduate qualification in marketing with at least five years working experience in a diploma in agribusiness is an advantage
- A proven work experience in agri business projects or related field
- Proven ability to influence and motivate staff towards the achievement of strategic objectives and goals
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Ability to write , develop data for reports
