Our client – Halliburton is one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. We are seeking to recruit people in the following position:
Service Supervisor Class II Cementer
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the well site.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with work carried out.
- Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators.
- Coordinates the cleanup, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.
- Promotes and takes part in the quality improvement process.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety and environment regulations and guidelines.
Requirements (Qualification, Skills and Knowledge)
- Diploma in industrial engineering or in similar disciplines.
- The candidate should have 2 years of experience as Service Supervisor-Cementing in an Oil and Gas services company.
- Should be licensed to operate commercial equipment.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
