Currently employing more than 60,000 employees in approximately 80 countries, the company serves the upstream oil & gas industry throughout the life cycle of the reservoir from locating hydro carbon and managing geological data to drilling and formation evaluation, well construction and completion, and optimizing product of production through to the life of the field.
We are seeking to recruit people in the following position:
District Manager
Responsibilities
- Manages all activities for the district location.
- Develops an annual business plan and ongoing forecasts of business performance for the district.
- Responsible for profit/loss and corrective actions.
- Coordinating performance improvement initiatives, procurement and logistics oversight.
- Accountable for district activities including support services management and identifying resource needs.
- Develops and promotes excellent customer communications and liaisons with the community.
- Ensures consistent implementation of company policies and service quality across Product Service Lines.
- Responsible for the development of future business leaders.
- Champion for new business opportunities, growth/outperform geo market competitors.
- Implementation of business strategies for the district.
Requirements (Qualification, Skills and Knowledge)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar disciplines.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in Oil and Gas Product Service Line field operations which includes management experience.
