Minimum qualifications
An Honors Degree in a relevant Social Sciences or Arts or Business Administration plus a Post Graduate Diploma in either public Administration, management or planning
Additional
- Should be analytical and communication skills should have interpersonal skills and management
- Should have ability to motivate and train subordinates
- Should have at least 6 years working experience with broad exposure to management and administration with local council units
Duties
Budgets for and ensure proper expenditure and accountability for council funds, advise council on legal and administrative matters, effectively representing the council at different for ensure custody and accountability for council assets and abilities
